Payment Terms

We accept payment by cash, direct bank transfer, cheque (either personal or bankers cheques) or PayPal.  If payment is made by cheque, delivery/collection will only be arranged once the cheque has cleared.

Should you wish to reserve an animal or arrange a payment plan, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the balance to be paid as agreed. All transactions & payment plans must be followed as agreed and completed in full prior to delivery or collection.


All purchases can either be collected in person or alternative delivery arrangements can be made.  Animals may also be collected from any reptile shows we may be attending.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours from delivery and we will either replace or refund your animal once it has been returned to us.


We guarantee all animals to be healthy, feeding & correctly sexed.  We do however expect you to confirm safe receipt & check the animal to ensure that the sex etc is as agreed.

All animals are guaranteed healthy for 48 hours, after which time we can accept no further responsibility for them.
